1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and participation in our SMS/text

messaging programs (including A2P/10DLC). By using our services or opting in to receive SMS/text messages, you

agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services or opt in.

2. Program Description; Eligibility

Our SMS/text program may send informational, transactional, alert, and promotional messages related to our

real estate investing services, offers, reminders, and account notices. You must be the subscriber or customary

user of the phone number you provide and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Consent & Opt-In (A2P/10DLC)

You will only receive messages if you explicitly opt in (e.g., web form consent, text keyword, or documented verbal consent). At the point of opt-in, you will have access to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have

authority over the phone number used to opt in.

4. Message Frequency; Carrier Disclaimers

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered

messages. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After we process your request, we will cease sending

marketing texts to that number (we may send a one-time confirmation of your opt-out). For help, reply HELP or

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate law or third-party rights; (b) harass, threaten, or abuse others; (c) send or

facilitate sending of unauthorized or unlawful content; (d) interfere with the service; (e) reverse engineer or

misuse the services; (f) attempt to access others’ data without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content are the property of MB Property Solutions, LLC or their respective owners.

You may not reproduce or use them without prior written permission. If you submit feedback, you grant us a

nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate it.

9. Disclaimers

The services and SMS program are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied,

including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Property Solutions, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,

consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the services

or SMS program will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services or SMS program at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) will survive.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be

communicated via website notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law.
